You may return your Rolex watch within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided that the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Watches that have been worn or damaged are not eligible for returns.

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy
If you prefer to exchange your watch for another model, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. We will assist you with the exchange process. You will be responsible for any difference in price and shipping costs.
